Oscars 2011 Red Carpet Extended to 90 Minutes

Every year, movie fans and celebrity aficionados wait with anticipation in what we call the "Superbowl" of movies, the Oscar Awards. Most people enjoy seeing their favorite stars participate in the most prestigious awards ceremony. One of the highlights is the red carpet show arrivals where we could all see celebrities parade down the red carpet in the latest trends, arm candy in tow.

If you’re one of tens of millions who tune-in to the show, you anticipate to find out who's wearing who, with celebrity interviewers excitedly asking stars who or what they're wearing for the big night. Most actress and actresses even go as far as wearing millions of dollars worth of dresses and accessories, enough to merit a full scale security detail.

For the Oscar Awards 2011, the Academy has decided to extend the run time of the pre Oscar, red carpet show from a mere 30 minutes to a full-grown 90 minutes of star-stalking. This means we all get to see all out favorite stars as they head in to the Kodak Theatre, all dressed up and ready to face the music.

Stay tuned for the Oscar Awards 2011 this coming February 27, 2011 airing live from the Kodak Theatre Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, United States.
